Confirm both parts. The Andrew County record proves the person left the local facility. Andrew County Jail History
The current complex is Andrew County's fourth jail. The Sheriff's history traces the first jail to May 1842, followed by a period when county prisoners were held in Buchanan County. A replacement was accepted in 1867. The 1906 jail then served for 106 years before the present complex opened in October 2012.
The facility history describes the 2012 building as an 18,000-square-foot Sheriff, 911, and jail complex with room then stated for 60 inmates. The current jail page gives 84 beds. Treat 60 as the opening-era description and 84 as the current posted figure. Historical records may refer to earlier buildings, so the modern street address should not be assigned to old confinements without checking the record date.
That history also explains why a careful request gives the custody dates. The correct building and record system depend on the year of confinement.
